Just a smart choice for a little getaway in Hanoi with good value for cost. The room was spacious and comfortable. Ms. May gave us amazing recommendations for street food. Make sure to check out the local markets nearby for some essentials.

A delightful stay with quirks
The breakfast spread was delightful, and the staff greeted us daily with smiles that made us feel at home. Rooms were spacious and sparkling clean.
However, the laundry service took longer than expected, and I wish the shower had better water pressure. Small inconveniences for a memorable stay.

spacious bathrooms, ideal location, complimentary toiletries
The hotel could use a fresh coat of paint!!! Cleanliness is lacking with dirty walls and stained bathrooms, and the hair dryers were both broken, which is quite disappointing. Improvements in cleaning routines are definitely needed!!!

Couples seeking comfort
The staff were friendly and accommodating. They even delivered pizza to our room one night when we just wanted to relax and eat in peace.
It wasn’t exactly cheap , but it was acceptable for the value.

I spent three nights in a room that lacked a street view, which made it a bit dark, but I still felt comfortable throughout my stay. The staff were great, providing helpful recommendations for my visits to nearby attractions. The hotel's location was quite convenient, just a short walk from the Old Quarter, so I could easily explore and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. The breakfast was average, but it suited my needs well enough.
